Strawberry-Banana Pudding

2 (8oz) packs of Cream Cheese brought to room temperature
2 (14oz) cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 (3.4oz) boxes of Instant Banana Cream Pudding mix
2 (3.4oz) boxes of Instant Vanilla Pudding mix
4 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of Strawberry emulsion
16 oz Cool Whip (semi thawed)
2 boxes of Vanilla Wafer cookies
8oz container of fresh strawberries (washed)
Directions
Mix 8oz of cream cheese and 1 can of condensed milk until its smooth.
Add 2 boxes of Instant Banana Cream Pudding mix and 2 cups of milk and mix until smooth.
Next add 8oz of semi-thawed cool whip and mix until combined. Set bowl aside.
In another bowl combine 8oz of cream cheese and 1 can of condensed milk. Mix until smooth.
Add 2 boxes of Instant Vanilla Pudding mix, 2 cups of milk, and 2 tablespoons of strawberry emulsion. Mix until smooth.
Now add 8oz of cool whip and mix until combined.
Line the bottom of a casserole dish (or whatever type of pan that you want) with Vanilla Wafers.
Next spread a layer of strawberry pudding and top with vanilla wafers.
Now spread a layer of banana cream pudding and top with crushed vanilla wafers and fresh strawberries.
Cover pan with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours. Enjoy!
Notes
- Make sure that your cool whip isn't thawed to the point that its liquid.
- For added goodness, you can slice strawberries and bananas and mix them into the pudding.
- Have fun with the flavors of puddings that you use. Cheesecake instant pudding pairs well in this dish.
